About the App
Salamaty is a digital platform that lets you communicate with pharmacies easily and securely, whether you are looking for a hard-to-find medicine or want to purchase a full prescription.
With Salamaty, you can:
- Search for a missing medicine and increase your chances of finding it.
- Send your inquiry to several nearby pharmacies at once.
- Upload a photo of a medicine or prescription and request price and availability from several pharmacies.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.
Information We Collect
- Account data: name and phone number.
- Geographic location, with your permission, to show nearby pharmacies.
- Images you upload, such as prescriptions or medicines, and messages sent to pharmacies.
- Basic technical data about the device and usage, such as device type, operating system, and crash logs, to improve performance and fix issues.
Prescription images may contain sensitive health information, so do not upload anything you do not want to share with pharmacies.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to operate the app, connect you with pharmacies, improve the service, respond to support requests, and protect the app from misuse.
Who We Share Your Data With
- Only the pharmacies you choose to allow.
- Technical service providers that help us operate the app, such as Google Play Services and Google Analytics for Firebase.
- We never sell your data to any third party.
Security and Data Retention
We use reasonable protection measures, such as HTTPS encrypted connections, and we retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. After that, we delete it or make it non-identifiable.

تطبيق سلامتي هو منصة رقمية تتيح لك التواصل مع الصيدليات بسهولة وأمان، سواء كنت تبحث عن دواء يصعب العثور عليه أو ترغب في شراء وصفة طبية كاملة.
مع سلامتي يمكنك:
- البحث عن دواء مفقود وزيادة فرص العثور عليه.
- إرسال استفسارك إلى عدد من الصيدليات القريبة دفعة واحدة.
- رفع صورة دواء أو وصفة وطلب السعر والتوفر من عدة صيدليات.
سياسة الخصوصية
نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونحرص على حماية بياناتك.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الهاتف.
- الموقع الجغرافي، بإذنك، لعرض الصيدليات القريبة.
- الصور التي ترفعها، مثل الوصفات أو الأدوية، والرسائل المرسلة للصيدليات.
- بيانات فنية أساسية عن الجهاز والاستخدام، مثل نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وسجلات الأعطال، لتحسين الأداء وإصلاح المشاكل.
